Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-05-07 · Dark Forest Solutions LLC

// by being here · you have already accepted

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using darkforestsolutions.com and any subdomain or gated portal under it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, leave the site immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance — including of the idea-confidentiality and trade-secret provisions in Sections 4–7 below.

1. Who we are

Dark Forest Solutions LLC (“DFS”) is a Michigan limited liability company providing AI-native consulting, configured-Claude wrapper systems, custom in-house language layers, and cinema-grade video production.

2. Use of this site

This site contains a mix of public marketing pages, private client portals (PIN-gated), and internal tools (master-PIN gated). Attempting to access gated areas without authorization, probing the auth surface, scraping content, or automating traversal of the site without prior written consent from DFS is prohibited and constitutes unauthorized access under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Michigan analogue statutes.

3. Engagement terms

All client engagements operate under a separately-signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Pricing on this site is indicative; binding terms come from the signed SOW. Standard turnaround applies; rush multipliers apply per the published rate card.

4. Intellectual property · site content

All site content, brand marks, taglines, page layouts, illustrations, animations, video, copy, and the visible portions of the wrapper architecture are the property of DFS and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. Customer-supplied reference media remains the property of the customer; DFS receives only the rights necessary to deliver the engagement.

5. Trade secrets · the wrapper architecture

The DFS wrapper system, configured-Claude language layer (slash-commands, in-house verb maps, multi-step routing expansions), agent fleet patterns, three-layer stack model, and the customer-specific configurations described on this site are trade secrets of DFS under the Michigan Uniform Trade Secrets Act (MCL 445.1901et seq.) and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (18 U.S.C. § 1836). Reasonable measures are taken to keep this information confidential, including PIN-gated portals, middleware authentication, and these Terms.

Any unauthorized acquisition, use, disclosure, or reverse-engineering of the wrapper architecture, the language layer, or any customer-specific configuration described here is a misappropriation of trade secrets and gives DFS the full spectrum of remedies under those statutes — including injunction, actual damages, unjust-enrichment recovery, exemplary damages for willful misappropriation, and attorneys’ fees.

6. Idea confidentiality · non-replication

By accessing this site you acknowledge that the offerings, pricing structure, tier model, and the specific shape of each engagement (the way DFS configures Claude, the way the language layer is written with each customer, the way wrappers are orchestrated end-to-end) constitute non-public, commercially valuable information disclosed to you in confidence — whether or not a separate NDA has been signed.

You agree NOT to: (a) replicate or attempt to replicate the configured-Claude wrapper system or language layer; (b) build, fund, or advise a competing offering using the methods, copy structures, slash-command vocabularies, or three-layer stack breakdown shown on this site; (c) extract, scrape, or systematically reproduce any portion of this site for use outside personal evaluation; or (d) use any of the above to solicit, pitch, or perform competing services for any party named on this site as a DFS customer.

These obligations survive any termination of your access to this site for a period of three (3) years from the date of last access — except that obligations regarding clearly designated trade secrets survive in perpetuity for as long as the information remains a trade secret.

7. Limitation of liability

DFS provides services to the standard of care of an experienced operator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. No consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

8. Governing law · venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, for any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or your use of this site. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

9. Changes to these Terms

DFS may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at /terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
